In many ways Tim’s work with an artist can be considered a milestone in their career, in which their sound is forever influenced by the growth they experienced while working with him. ![]() As he has grown as a producer and musician, he has used the “Timbaland sound” to help redefine the sound of various artists. These songs usually then push the boundries of Pop song structure. ![]() Throughout the years Timbaland has been able to create a sound with a distinctive use of vocals, electronic tones, and drum patterns tied together in a way that progressively fuses melody together with rhythm. Like the two albums before it in the series, Shock Value III showcases Timbaland’s ability to be paired up with a collection of different artits from various genres, and create something special with them, in a way that only he can.
